A board representative is meeting with Code Enforcement next week to finalize scheduling a community clean-up project funded by the El Paso County Code Enforcement. We will keep community members apprised on the outcome of that meeting and the date of the Clean-Up event that we hope to get scheduled.

As was stated in the Annual Members Meeting on March the 5th. We are going to start up multiple committees to get the community involved in working our Street sign Project, Community Cleanup and Road Maintenance.

The mailbox building is now private property of the HOA. In the interest of keeping it clean and organized for all residents we ask you only post things along the wood beams above the boxes or on the provided bulletin board on the back wall of the building. Anything that gets posted in the building needs to be removed by the poster after the date of such event is over or replaced with a newer copy should the current copy get ruined by weather.

Now that the HOA Board has received the declarant and some of the issues the board has had this year are clearing up, we are hoping to get back to some regular operation here shortly. With that in mind we had said we would bring some of the community projects back onto the table to start getting committees together and get a game plan to do some work around the community. Road Signs, Road Maintenance and No Outlet signs added to the community area are just a few examples. We are also going to setup a townhall in the coming months to discuss these projects in more length and invite all residents to join us.
