RESIDENT INFORMATION UPDATE FORMs

If a resident is a renter, the form needs the information and signatures from the homeowner and the renters from that specific address before the resident information can be updated. 

Please email the fully filled out form to vchoa2@gmail.com ATTN: Secretary. 

Proxy Vote Forms are required to be presented, fully filled out and signed, at any eligible vote at a General Meeting in which the non-homeowner wishes to vote for that property. I.E. Renters, general proxies etc.
