HOA Dues - PROPERTY DUE INFORMATION
In compliance with the 1998 Covenants, which have been verified as the only current legal covenants in place, the current dues have been adjusted for each Villa Casitas property.
"Dues are to be assessed at $50.00 per acre and any portion thereof. "
"Example: 5.5 acres would be assessed at the amount of 6 acres = $300.00"
