In compliance with the 1998 Covenants, which have been verified as the only current legal covenants in place, the current dues have been adjusted for each Villa Casitas property.
"Dues are to be assessed at $50.00 per acre and any portion thereof. " Partial acres are rounded up.
Examples:
5.5 acres would be assessed as 6 acres = $300.00
5.1 acres will be assesed as 6 acres = $300

If you are a NEW resident and did not get two keys, please email and let us know so we can get them to you. The first set of keys is charged with the status letter - property closing.
