HOA Assessment information

We are in the process of changing billing and virtual payment systems. As a result, 2024 bills for dues have been delayed but are NOT being increased. To account for the delay, we are going to extend the due date for full payment through 08/31/2024. Late fees remain the same as they were in 2023 and will be applied 09/01/2024 and again on 12/31/2024 for dues that go unpaid. Thank you for your patience as we are completing the final stages of this transition.

In compliance with the 1998 Covenants, which have been verified as the only current legal covenants in place, the current dues have been adjusted for each Villa Casitas property.

"Dues are to be assessed at $50.00 per acre and any portion thereof. "  

"Example: 5.5 acres would be assessed at the amount of 6 acres = $300.00"
