A lawsuit has been filed by a resident, Charity Garrett against the VCHOA Board and some of the officers of the previous board.
The lawsuit has had a final order from the judge.
As always, your neighbors elected to the Board remain committed to transparency so the link below is the file folder with the available public court filing documents.
The Board will continue its transparency, accountability, and serving the best interests of all residents—not just the loudest voice.
We will continue to provide updates as appropriate.
Our community project this year is installing house number signs for easy viewing for Hanover Fire Department, deliveries, and consistent viewability.
