Our next Town Hall will be September 30, 2026, where we will present the findings of the Financial Review Committee and discuss how we can move forward together.
To help keep the meeting organized, professional, and productive, members will have the opportunity to submit questions in writing ahead of time.
At this meeting, homeowners will learn:
- What your HOA dues do for you and the community
- The specific amounts available for each committee
- An opportunity for questions and answers, while maintaining appropriate homeowner account confidentiality
- An opportunity for one-on-one discussions regarding individual accounts
- How the three committees can plan projects for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027
We want this meeting to provide clear information, answer questions, and give our committees the information they need to begin planning and completing meaningful projects for Villa Casitas.
